Abstract:
To provide a shot boundary detection device capable of accurately detecting a shot boundary over a plurality of frame images.SOLUTION: A shot boundary detection device 1 includes: an image feature quantity calculation unit 11 that calculates an image feature quantity; an object feature quantity calculation unit 12 that calculates an object feature quantity using an object feature neural network; a feature quantity combination unit 13 that calculates a combined feature quantity in which the image feature quantity and the object feature quantity are combined; and a determination unit 14 that determines whether a shot boundary is included in a frame image sequence based on the combined feature quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
