To provide a shoulder pad which relaxes a burden on a shoulder by dispersing the weight of a bag concentrated on a part of the shoulder which is caused by a handle of the bag, by a sponge and thin sheet made of a plastic or the like disposed in the shoulder pad, so that the burden on the shoulder is reduced as much as possible, which may become a cause of stiff shoulder or migraine caused by a heavy bag during commuting and attending school.

The shoulder pad is provided in which the sponge and the sheet of a thin plastic or the like are placed from a sponge exchanging opening of a bag made of a fabric, and both ends are fixed on the handle of the bag, and a decoration is attached on an upper part using a fastener for decoration.
