Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shovel capable of avoiding contact, slide, etc. between a planetary gear and other members in accordance with movement of a planetary carrier supported by floating in an axial direction while uniformizing shared loads of the respective gears in a planetary gear speed reducer.SOLUTION: A planetary gear speed reducer includes: a planetary gear 84 which is a spur gear; a planetary carrier 86 which rotatably holds the planetary gear 84, and is supported by floating; a holding pin 84a which holds the planetary gear 84 to the planetary carrier 86, and projects in an axial direction of the planetary carrier 86 from the planetary gear 84. A gap in the axial direction between the holding pin 84a, and a holding pin facing member facing the holding pin 84a in the axial direction among storage members is smaller than a gap in the axial direction between the planetary gear 84, and the planetary gear facing member facing the planetary gear 84 in the axial direction among the storage members.
