Title:
SHOWCASE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014035136
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a two-stage type refrigerant circuit capable of reducing its size and cost by reducing a size of a circuit used in air-cooling by water-cooling a low stage-side discharged refrigerant by drain water recovered from a machine body, and then air-cooling the same by a condenser.

As a compressor 11 constituting a refrigeration device 10, a two-stage compressor including a low stage-side compressing portion 11a and a high stage-side compressing portion 11b is used, and in a two-stage compression type refrigerant circuit, an outlet side of the low stage-side compressing portion 11a of the compressor 11 is connected to a condenser 2, one side of outlet sides of the condenser 2 is connected to a cooler 12, an outlet side of the cooler 12 is connected to an inflow side of the low stage-side compressing portion 11a of the compressor 11, the other side of the outlet side of the condenser 2 is connected to a suction side of the high stage-side compressing portion 11b of the compressor 11, and a discharge side of the high stage-side compressing portion 11b of the compressor 11 is connected to an inflow-side of the condenser 2. A discharged refrigerant of the low stage-side compressing portion 11a is water-cooled by drain water recovered from the machine body, and the air-cooled by the condenser.
