Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the showcase equipped with a space capable of displaying merchandise while relating to the display of a price plate on the front surface of a merchandise display shelf.
CONSTITUTION: Concerning the showcase, a merchandise display shelf T for displaying merchandise is arranged, and a light source 19 is arranged at the lower part of that merchandise display shelf. A shelf front surface member is arranged on a shelf board 61 of the merchandise display shelf and this shelf front surface member is provided with fitting parts 52 and 56 to be fitted to the front terminal parts of the shelf board, a price plate 51 raised from the front terminal parts of these fitting parts, and light transmitting shade 55 drooped from the front terminal parts of the fitting parts. Besides, a supporting member 42 for supporting the light source is fixed on the lower surface of the shelf board, a holding part 65 is formed at its front terminal part, and the fitting parts of the shelf front surface member are held between this holding part and the shelf board.
