PURPOSE: To give sufficient turning force to a water wheel by constituting the water wheel of both a conical part and an upper plate part and also allowing water flow to coincide against the wager wheel only from the specified direction.

CONSTITUTION: A shower head is formed of a gripping part 1 and a discharge part 2. The projection parts 7 are formed on the bottom face 5 of the discharge part 2 and on the inner face of a sprinkling plate part 4. The water wheel 6 is held into the discharge part 2 so that water flow collides only from one direction orthogonal to the rotary shaft of the water wheel. An upper plate part 10 is lengthened horizontally to the bottom face 14 of a conical part 8 from the vertex of a conical part 8. Since water flow collides against the water wheel 6 only from one direction, large parts of water flow energy are applied to impellers 9, 9' and turning force is caused in the impellers 9, 9'. Turning force is exerted to the impellers 9, 9' against which water flow continuously collides. The water wheels 6, 6' are effectively rotated. Thereby the rotational speed of the water wheel is increased.
