In the shower head A, a hose 27 for supplying hot and cold water is connected to one end of a body 24, and the other end has a discharge port 61 for discharging hot and cold water supplied from the hose 27, to the outside. The body 24 is provided with the discharge and cut-off operation part 25 for discharging and cutting off hot and cold water, the flow regulating operation part 26 for regulating the flow of hot and cold water, and the switching operation part 69 for switching the discharge form of hot and cold water. The respective operation parts are arranged at predetermined spaces to one another.
