A shower hook hanger is equipped with a frame main body 2, an insertion body 3 provided to the inside of the main body 2 and an elastic section 4 provided to the lower end of the rear of the main body 2, a required equipment is borne on the main body 2, and the insertion body 3 includes a spiral section 31 forming the elastic section in the shape of a spiral.
