Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting cap capable of spouting a content by adjusting the flow rate of the content from a second spout having a small diameter.SOLUTION: In a shrink-fitting device for inserting a rotary tool (5) in a center reception opening of a tool holder (3) in a shrink-fitting manner, the tool holder (3) press-fits and holds the rotary tool (5). The shrink-fitting device includes induction heating devices (15, 18) for executing the heat inflation of the tool holder (3) in the reception opening area. Cooling devices (51, 53) which is arranged in physical contact with the tool holder (3) on the tool holder and provided with at least one cooling collar (53) to allow liquid refrigerant to flow therethrough are provided to cool the opening area of the tool holder. The liquid refrigerant reduces the entire time span required for the shrink-fitting stage.
