Abstract:
To provide a shrink packaging device and a shrink packaging method capable of easily shrink-packaging a booklet formed by laminating a plurality of printed sheets to a predetermined thickness while retaining a hexahedral shape.SOLUTION: The shrink packaging device is constituted so that a heating section 14 includes a first heating tunnel 25 arranged on the upstream side in a sending direction, and a second heating tunnel 26 arranged on the downstream side in the sending direction, wherein in the first heating tunnel 25, a shrink film 20 covering an outer peripheral surface of a booklet 50' which is an article in an article storage bag 51 is heated and contracted in advance, and then in the second heating tunnel 26, the remaining part of the shrink film 20 covering the article storage bag 51 is heated and contracted to shrink-package the booklet 50' which is the article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
