To provide a shrink wrapping film having a high degree of heat shrinkage and a reduced degree of natural shrinkage with time, and being hard to be ruptured by a stress exerted in the direction vertical to the direction of draw, and a shrink wrapping label constituted of the shrink wrapping film.

The shrink wrapping film is obtained by forming a resin composition comprising 30 to 94% by weight of polypropylene resin (I), 1 to 30% by weight of polypropylene block copolymer (II) containing 5% by weight of xylene-soluble components (CXS components) at 20°C with the xylene-soluble components at 20°C containing 14 to 35 mol% of ethylene and/or α-olefin, and a 5 to 40% by weight of hydrocarbon resin, and at least uniaxially stretching the resin composition.
