Abstract:
To provide a shroud type sound deadening device which does not use power, can be realized with a simple structure, and enables reduction of noise caused by rotation of rotary wings of a multicopter.SOLUTION: A shroud type sound deadening device 120 includes: a cylindrical shroud 121 which encloses a rotary blade 133 of a multicopter 100; and an annular coanda surface 151 which is provided on an inner surface of the shroud 121 and partially overlaps with a tip 133a of the rotary wing 133 in a rotation axis direction. Eddying flow (turbulent flow) occurring in the tip part 133a of the rotary wing 133 is made into laminar flow by utilizing coanda effect of the coanda surface 151. Further, each of rotor units 12A to 12D is enclosed by the shroud 121 to reduce noise of the flying multicopter 100 efficiently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
