Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shunt resistance type current sensor capable of being successfully connected to a circuit board even though integrally forming a connection terminal with a bus bar.SOLUTION: A shunt resistance type current sensor 1 includes: a bus bar 10; a circuit board 20 arranged facing the bus bar 10; a connection terminal for electrically connecting the bus bar 10 to the circuit board 20; and a voltage detection IC 30 mounted on the circuit board 20 and detecting a voltage applied to the bus bur 10 in order to detect a magnitude of the current to be measured. The connection terminal is integrally formed with the bus bar 10 as an extension piece extending from a peripheral part of the bus bar 10, and set with a region more reduced than a plate thickness of the bus bar 10 across a predetermined range from a tip end side. The connection terminal causes the tip end side to penetrate into the circuit board 20, thereby being connected to the circuit board 20.
