Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off valve mechanism capable of preventing the temperature rise when a fluid passage in which high-pressure gas passes is shut off.
SOLUTION: When a first pilot pressure is introduced into a cylinder chamber of a first cylinder in a shut-off valve mechanism, a second piston 21 of a second cylinder 20 is gradually operated by the action of a flow control member. After fluid passage 7 is gradually shut off by a throttle valve 3 formed in a rod 24 interlocked with the second piston 21, a second pilot pressure P2 is introduced into a cylinder chamber 42 of a fourth cylinder 40. Thus, a fourth piston 41 of a fourth cylinder 40 is operated, and the fluid passage 7 is shut off by a shut-off valve 3 formed in a rod 44 interlocked with the fourth piston 41.
