Abstract:
To provide a shutoff valve capable of determining that the shutoff has occurred even if there is no flow signal.SOLUTION: A shutoff valve 100 comprises a motor part 110 having a rotor 160, a partition wall 140, a valve body 220, and a continuity detection means 240. The motor unit 110 gives a rotary motion to the rotor 160. The partition wall 140 prevents fluid from flowing out of the shutoff valve and holds a sliding bearing 180 of the rotational shaft of the rotor 160. The valve body 220 opens and closes a flow path by contacting and separating from a valve seat. The continuity detection means 240 detects that a rotational shaft 150 of the rotor 160 comes into contact with the partition wall 140 due to the reaction of the valve body 220 coming into contact with the valve seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
