A charge member 83 moves a first driving member 81 while suppressing the movement of a second driving member 82 and overcharges a first energizing force imparting means while maintaining the closed state of an opening by the trailing curtain (first set state ST11). Also, the charge member 83 cancels the movement suppression of the second driving member 82, moves the second driving member 82, and forms the open state of the opening by the trailing curtain while overcharging the first energizing force imparting means (second set state). In both of the first set state and the second set state, the charge member 83 is brought into contact with the first driving member 81 and suppresses the movement of the first driving member 81.
