Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter blade which can be opened and closed for a short period of time and easily makes its temperature uniform; a shutter unit; and an infrared imaging device.SOLUTION: A shutter blade 12 is used in an infrared imaging device, and includes a plate-like base layer 21 made from a resin and a metal film 22 arranged on the base layer 21. The metal film 22 may be arranged on both surfaces of the base layer 21. The metal film 22 may be exposed to the surface. A shutter unit includes the shutter blade 12, a shutter bottom plate having an opening opened and closed by the shutter blade 12, and an actuator that drives the shutter blade 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
