The shutter device equipped with a sector, a biasing member which biases the sector in its closing direction, and a kick member which kicks the sector in its opening direction to open and close the sector is provided with a moving member having an operation part, which moves between first and second positions to move the sector in the opening direction when moving from the first to the second position, in dependently of the kick member; and the sector is moved to its opening position against the biasing force of the energizing member by the movement of the moving member from the first position to the second position, held open while the moving member is at the second position, and moved in the closing direction following up the movement of the operation member with the biasing force of the biasing member when the moving member moves from the second position to the first position.
