A shutter device 100 comprises: a shutter substrate 110 having an aperture part 111; a first blade group 121 moving between an open position where the aperture part is opened and a shield position where the aperture part is shielded; a first driving part 240 for driving the first blade group; a first locking part 230 moving between a lock position where the first blade group is locked and a release position where the locking of the first blade group is released; a second blade group 131 moving between the open position where the aperture part is opened and the shield position where the aperture part is shielded; a second driving part 340 for driving the second blade group; and a second locking part 320 moving between a lock position where the second blade group is locked and a release position where the locking of the second blade group is released. The first driving part moves the first locking part and the second locking part from the lock position to the release position, respectively, in the driving operation of the first blade group, so that the first blade group and the second blade group become movable.
