To provide a shutter device which reduces energy required for charging and lowers a peak of charging power.

A shutter device comprises: a main driving member 1 which drives a shading blade RC by rotating with respect to a base member 5; a main driving spring 3 which energizes the main driving member in a rotative direction to drive the shading blade; a sub driving member 2 which rotates with the main driving member from a starting position of driving to a middle position of driving of the shading blade; and a sub driving spring 4 which energizes the sub driving member in the rotative direction to drive the shading blade through the main driving member. The main and sub driving springs are a torsion coil spring respectively which has a coil part arranged on an outer periphery of an axis part. The axis part 8 installed in the main driving member integrally is held rotatably by the base member, and the sub driving member is held rotatably by the axis part through a bearing 7 arranged on an outer periphery of the axis part.
