Abstract:
To allow a driving target member to be driven more accurately.SOLUTION: A shutter device (100) includes: motors (Ma, Mb) having a full-step driving mode of applying a predetermined voltage to a coil and conducting a drive and a micro-step driving mode of conducting a drive by gradually changing the voltage applied to the coil at specific intervals (T1, T2); driving target members (109, 119) driven by the motors; light shielding members (106, 116) movable to a closing state of closing an opening in connection with driving of the driving target members and an opening state of opening the opening; and a controller (13) for controlling the motors. The controller changes a voltage to be applied to the coil in the specific intervals when the motor is in the micro-step driving mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
