To provide a shutter apparatus which can realize reduction in the size and in the cost.SOLUTION: A shutter apparatus (100) includes: a shutter blade group (101) capable of reciprocating between a closing state for closing an opening and a releasing state for releasing the opening; first driving means (102) connected to the shutter blade group; second driving means (103) for driving the first driving means into a first direction in which the shutter blade group closes the opening; first biasing means (106) for biasing the first driving means in the first direction; second biasing means (107) for biasing the second driving means in the first direction; third driving means (104) for driving the first driving means in a second direction in which the shutter blade group releases the opening; and fourth driving means (105) for driving the second driving means in the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
