Abstract:
To provide a shutter device of a roller conveyance type baking furnace capable of suppressing falling due to deformation, of a vertical shutter member.SOLUTION: A shutter device includes a vertical shutter member 48 supported by a pair of supporting rods 50 projecting downward from a lower end portion of the vertical shutter member 48 through between conveying rollers, and opening and closing a space in a furnace body 16 through the supporting rods 50, the vertical shutter member 48 includes a pair of front-side heat insulating plate 82 and rear-side heat insulating plate 84 bonded in a state of holding end portions of the pair of supporting rods 50, and an upper end-side heat insulating plate 86 bonded to upper-side end faces 82a, 84a at a side opposite to the side of the pair of supporting rods 50 of the pair of front-side heat insulating plate 82 and the rear-side heat insulating plate 84. Separation of the pair of front-side heat insulating plate 82 and the rear-side heat insulating plate 84 by the upper end-side heat insulating plate 86 can be properly suppressed, and a problem on falling of the vertical shutter member 48 from the supporting rods 50 can be solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
