When a second cam gear 22 and a first cam gear 21 rotate one revolution, a state is changed into a first state, a second state, and a third state in this order. In the first state, the second cam gear 22 charges a mirror lever-driving spring 39 and a blade-driving spring 14, and the first cam gear 21 is turned into a state of holding a blade lever 15. In the second state, the second cam gear 22 releases the charge of the mirror lever-driving spring 39 and charges the blade-driving spring 14, and the first cam gear 21 is turned into a state of releasing the holding of the blade lever 15. In the third state, the second cam gear 22 releases the charge of the mirror lever-driving spring 39 and the blade-driving spring 14, and the first cam gear is turned into a state of releasing the holding of the blade lever 15.
