PURPOSE: To reduce the dimensions of a shutter in the direction of the optical axis without installing additional parts for a filter to reduce the number of parts by attaching an optical filter to a board constituting the shutter.

CONSTITUTION: A longitudinal running focal plane shutter of a color electronic still camera is constituted with a shutter front substrate 1, a shutter rear substrate 2, a color temperature filter 3, an attaching plate 4, an arm 5, etc. An OLP filter 10 is attached to bending parts 2a of the substrate 2. The plate 4 is slided on rails 8 and 9 through a slot 4b and a pin 7 by the arm 5. Since the filter 3 can be moved in the front of the substrate 1 and the filter 10 and an infrared-ray cur filter are attached to the board 2, members for attaching these filters are unnecessary to reduce dimensions of the shutter in the direction of the optical axis.
