To provide a shutter locking device capable of improving the appearance of a shutter, and to provide a shutter lock set and the shutter.
When a hook member 30 is in a lock position in the shutter locking device 10, a guide member 40 is projected downward from a lower face 90K of a shutter curtain 90 to receive a striker 15 into a striker receiving groove 44, and a hook part 32 is projected downward from the lower face 90K of the shutter curtain 90 and engaged with the striker 15 received into the striker receiving groove 44. The shutter curtain 90 is thereby fixed into a closed state. When the hook member 30 is in a lock release position, both of the hook part 32 and the guide member 40 retreat upward from the lower face 90K of the shutter curtain 90 and hide behind the rear face 90A of the shutter curtain 90. Appearance when opening the shutter 90 is thereby improved in comparison with a conventional one.
