A second parallel link pivotally attached to a shutter plate and pivotally holding a light-shield blade in the position of a first parallel link that turns substantially in the same direction as the direction of shutter movement is pivotally held. Either one of a pair of arms constituting the second parallel link is provided with an arm part so as to be located around a pivotal hold part in the position of the first parallel link and opposite a light-shield blade pivotal support part. The arm part engages an oblong hole made in the shutter plate in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the shutter movement. Thus, using the first parallel link, the arm part turns the second parallel link in a direction opposite to the first parallel link.
