To provide a sickroom partition system in a ward of next generation type in a hospital for acute disease patients capable of flexibly coping with various changes in medical treatment requiring reduction of sickbed scale, reduction of the number of days of hospitalization, reduction of nursing unit scale, establishment of a medical treatment system attaching the greatest importance to nursing or the like and providing both of a personal space being comfortable for the patient and formed by paying close attention to his/her privacy and a nursing space enabling nurses to take good care of the patients one by one at the same time.
A building 1 of this hospital has the ward 3 being a large free space without column and wall. The number of sickrooms and their layout can be freely set. Many end connections for piping and wiring are formed at the predetermined interval on a floor of the ward 3 in advance. The ward 3 has personal units installed to rotate centered on the end connections. The personal unit is composed of a partition opening a part of its circumference, a medical unit having medical treatment gas feeder and suction implement, and an amenity unit provided with a personal air conditioning unit and a lighting system.
