Abstract:
To provide a pipe durable, easily joined to other members and increasing joint strength between the pipe and the other member as the pipe used as a fence material or the like.
A side face of a required part of a material steel pipe is provided with a push-in flat part of predetermined length for fixing a mating member. This steel pipe is used as a post 21. A horizontal rail 22 which is the mating member is pressed to the push-in flat part, and its abutting part is welded and joined to construct a fence. Joining may be made by screwing a machine screw.
