PURPOSE: To obtain side forms for manufacturing a precast block having mechanism suitable for a precast block manufacturing device by a method wherein side form supporting frames are supported on a base with tiltable quadric crank mechanism so as to be moved to the direction separating from the side of a precast block.
CONSTITUTION: Each side form 1 is equipped with an actuator 6 for tilting a quadric crank mechanism, which is formed by pin-joining links 4 and 5 so as to form a frame 2 on a base frame 3 in the manner of the quadric crank mechanism. Each form 7 consists of forms for casting the main body side face 101 and the under face 103 of one wing 102 of a concrete block 100 under the condition that a rib 104 projects from the under face 103 of the wing 102. The side form 1 can be demolded and assembled at a specific position by one action. Thus, in a short-line system precast block production line, the side from 1 for manufacturing the precast block can be moved sidewards and downdards for demolding by one action.
