PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently emit illuminating light in the front direction of an emitting surface by setting the inclination of the inclined surface of the projection of a light control member which is paired with the inclined surface on an incident surface side to be larger than that of the inclined surface on the incident surface side in the case of correcting the directivity of the illuminating light.
SOLUTION: The light control member 13 correcting the direction of the illuminating light is arranged on the emitting surface 12C of a plate-like member 12, and a projecting part having a pair of inclined surfaces 12E and 12F extended in a direction nearly orthogonal to an end face is repeatedly formed in a direction nearly parallel with the end face on the surface 12C of the member 12. Furthermore, a pair of inclined surfaces 13A and 13B extended in the direction nearly parallel with the end face is repeatedly formed in the direction nearly orthogonal to the end face on the member 13. Furthermore, the inclined surfaces 13A and 13B are formed to have different inclination so that an angle β2 formed between the inclined surface on a side near to the end face and the normal of the surface 12C may be smaller than an angle β1 formed between the inclined surface on a side far from the end face and the normal of the surface 12C.
