Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side mirror device reflecting a vicinity of a front wheel of a vehicle more than before.SOLUTION: A door mirror device includes a door mirror 10 which has a rotational locus including a first use position P1 and a second use position P2. An imaging camera 50 is provided at the door mirror 10 such that it is positioned further away from a vehicle along car width direction when the door mirror 10 is positioned at the second use position P2 than when it is positioned at the first use position P1. The door mirror device is equipped with a mirror ECU for controlling driving of a housing motor M0 so as to switch the door mirror 10 from the first use position P1 to the second use position P2. The imaging camera 50 images the vicinity of the front wheel of the vehicle at the second use position P2.
