Light of a bulb 2 provided for a side surface 11c of a body case 11 is diffused with operation of light diffusing cut surface, part of the light is also discharged to a rear surface 11a side of the body case to emit light on the whole body case 11, and a projecting position of a door mirror 1 is visually recognized from the back side as well as front sides and lateral sides of an automobile. The outer surface of the body case 11 is colored with lacquer with same color as the car body, existence of the bulb 2 is not recognized from outside in a light environment such as daylight that does not require luminescence of the bulb 2. Thus, the door mirror 1 can be emitted light without damaging a design and color value of an automobile itself.
