To improve the appearance of the interior in a part on the indoor side of a side sill, facilitate the cleaning of the inside of a vehicle, reduce the amount of floor carpet used, and facilitate the molding of a side sill garnish by providing a vertically hanging section by hanging and extending an inner part of a vehicle room of the side sill garnish vertically down to a lower section of an inner part of the side sill.

A lower end section 13a of an inner piece 13 of a side sill garnish 10 faces an indoor side across a predetermined interval from a rising inner wall face 6d of a side sill inner 6b and faces above a top face of a section which is apart on the indoor side close to an end 9a in the direction of car width of a floor carpet 9 in such a manner that it suppresses from above. Consequently, the side sill garnish is constituted in such a manner that the lower end section 13a of the inner piece 13 of the side sill garnish 10 holds down from the top of an end of the floor carpet 9, and it is unnecessary to raise the end in the direction of car width of the floor carpet 9 along the rising inner wall face 6d of the side sill inner 6b as usual. As a result, it is possible to improve the appearance of the interior in a part on an indoor side of a side sill.
