To provide a side stand switch and a side stand device capable of reducing a torque load on the engaging portion of a rotor member and a side stand bar when tightening by a fastening member.
The side stand switch includes a case member 31 having a fixed contact 43 and the rotor member 32 mounted by fastening with a bolt 6 and turnable with the side stand bar 3 relative to the case member 31. The rotor member 32 includes a rotor body 51 which is formed with an engagement pin 63 to be engaged with the side stand bar 3 and provided with a movable contact 54 contacting the fixed contact 43, and a torque receiving member 52 which is engaged to be relatively rotatable with respect to the rotor body 51 and receives torque generated by tightening with the bolt 6. The rotor body 51 receives the torque through the torque receiving member 52.
