Abstract:
To provide a side table which can prevent runaway, which is safe and convenient, and which can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: The side table device includes: a base member 1 having a pair of left and right horizontal side frame members 11, 11 to which wheels 50 are attached; post member 2 which is erected on the base member 1; and a table member 3 which is installed on the upper end part of the post member 2. A foot pedal 21 which is installed in the base member 1 in a freely oscillating manner and a freely oscillating arm member 22 whose upper end part 22a is pivotally attached to the side frame member 11 are interlocked and connected through a connection means 20 composed of a pin part 23 and a cam hole part 24. By the oscillating operation of the foot pedal 21, the arm member 22 is abutted on the floor surface G in the lower end part 22b and is also pressurized to raise the side frame member 11, so that the wheels 50 near the arm member 22 are made to recede from the floor surface G to prevent wheel running, which is the structure of the side table device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
