This side visor 11 for the window of the building is installed in the opening 13 of the window having the opening 13 inside a window frame 12. The side visor 11 includes: a protector member 14 which is attached in the state of covering the opening 13 and inclined to the outside along the side of a lower portion 14b; a louver member 15 or a ventilation plate, which is provided in the lower portion 14b of the protector member 14; and a wire screen member 16 which is provided in the state of being applied to the opening 13.
