Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a sideflexing conveyor chain from disengaging at its flexing portion without employing a mechanical or magnetic assist means used in a conventional way.
CONSTITUTION: By changing the structure of a chain link 12 so that a pin position may be positioned downwards, a link 12 can be prevented from disengaging at its flexing portion without any use of a magnetic assist means, thus it is possible to solve various problems at one stroke, which were found in a conventional flexing conveyor chain 10.
