To provide a sidewall lightning arrester system of buildings, which has a high degree of installation and design freedom and facilitates installation and can shorten the installation period thereof to reduce cost, without sacrificing the beauty of the buildings.
In the sidewall lightning arrester system of buildings, the mounting fitting of a lightning receiving member is driven into and fixed to the outer wall panel made of a PC plate in advance with its one portion exposed on the front and rear surfaces of the outer wall panel, allowing the rear surface side exposed portion of the mounting fixture of the lightning receiving member to be connected to structural steel frames with a connecting conductive material, and a lightning receiving member of L-shaped cross section is provided to the front surface side exposed portion of the mounting fixture of the lightning receiving member so as to allow the tip end thereof to project further than the surface of a decoration tile to be pasted on the surface of the outer wall panel.
