To provide sidewalk paving capable of effectively suppressing heat island phenomenon and having sufficient durability at low cost and to provide a roadbed material and a water permeation plate being the optimum for realizing such sidewalk paving and a manufacturing method for the water permeation plate.
Sidewalk paving constituted by a roadbed layer having water holding property and the water permeation plate having titanium dioxide coating on a surface is provided. In particular, the roadbed layer having water retentivity is granulated by crushing dewatering cake at a water purifying plant, adding cement, and granulating them. Furthermore, the water permeation plate having hydrophilic titanium dioxide coating is used on a surface of a porous concrete body constituted by a basic layer part constituted by crushed stone coarse aggregate and porous ceramic coarse aggregate and an upper layer part formed by fine aggregate mainly.
