Relating to a sight meter, a cell group sample is 2-dimension scanned with a laser beam by controlling of a scan control circuit 23, and an optical scan image data of the cell group sample is taken into a computer 22, and the scan image data is image-processed to obtain a data for individual cell within the cell group, and it is displayed on a monitor 50 as a statistical graph. Here, a mark information together with the position data of each cell taken-in as the scan image data are stored, and the stored each cell's position data and mark information are converted into the coordinate on a microscope image by the computer 22, and the coordinate-converted cell image which is in correspondence with the mark information is displayed on the microscope image of the monitor 50.
