To solve the following inconveniences: in a conventional rotary sightseeing tower set in a sightseeing area or a high-rise building, people enjoy observation of the landscape but cannot take a bath while observing the landscape and therefore they cannot experience sufficient relaxation; and each person cannot rotate a rotary body on which the person rides, by his or her will, and therefore the person cannot enjoy the landscape in a manner observing the landscape in a direction desired by himself or herself for a while and then suddenly changing the direction.
There is provided a sightseeing tower with a footbath. According to the sightseeing tower, the structure of a rotary portion is formed of a central shaft which is vertically located at the center of the sightseeing tower and supports the rotary body having a hollow cross section, and a driving section such as a rotary bearing and an electric motor coupled to the central shaft. The rotary body is provided with a bathtub, and a vertical portion of a hot water feed pipe extending to the bathtub penetrates a hollow portion of the central shaft. Further by transmitting a signal of a variation of a handle upon operation of a handle by a person sitting on the rotary body, to the driving section, the electric motor etc. are activated or stopped, and therefore the person himself or herself can rotate the rotary body.
