A sign pole for a road includes a flexible pole having display parts on a side face thereof. A plurality of the sign poles having the display parts different from one another are arranged side by side so that combination of the display parts shows a sign. Since the display parts are arranged on the flexible poles and the poles are restored even when the vehicle comes into contact with the poles and bend them, the display function can be continuously maintained. Since the combination of the display parts shows a sign, an arrow showing a travelling direction of the vehicle or the like can be shown by the combination of the display parts.
