Title:
SIGNAL ANALYZER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3519550
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal analyzer capable of extracting features in complex pulse train signals and shortening classification time of signals.
SOLUTION: After signals received by a wide band receiver 1 are converted at high speed into digital signals by high-speed A/D converting circuit 12, the digital signals are stored in a memory circuit 13 every pulse, and amplitude features, frequency features and phase change features containing rise time and fall time in each pulse are measured by measuring circuits 14 to 16 and are input into a radiowave source identification part 17 and are stored in a signal features data base 18 as occasion demands. Information of the amplitude features, the frequency features and the phase features which are measured in a previously known radiowave source are stored in this signal features data base 18, and the radiowave source identification part 178 compares and collates input measurement results with stored information of the signal features data base 18, and when coincident features exist, the corresponding radiowave source is identified and output.
