To provide a signal converter circuit and a test system which solves the point problem, such that a conventional display unit and a test system are inconvenient, because the operation accompanied by a test is complicated and a test time becomes long and enabling the test of a navigation equipment according to the indication from a controller (PC) not only to reduce the work of an operator but also to shorten the test time.

In the signal converter circuit and the test system, a D/R converter 17 converts the digital set angle data from the PC 3 to an analogue resolver signal, to output the resolver signal to a device 2 to be tested, and the synchronizing signal from the device 2 to be tested is converted to digital angle data by an S/D converter 18 and a flash memory LSI 16 reads the digital angle data with a timing indicated from the PC 3 to output the same to the PC 3 as test result data, and the DC 3 receives the test result data to store and display the same.
