Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal measuring method which can suppress a noise contained in the measurement signal of a physical quantity having a spatial spread from a generation source.
SOLUTION: Regarding at least two measuring-object physical quantities in which signal components used to measure a magnitude and noise components are linearly superposed, the signal component of a first measured quantity and that of a second measured quantity from among measured quantities detected and obtained by a detection means which senses the measuring-object physical quantities and which outputs a signal proportional to their magnitudes are changed in terms of the same time, and the noise component of the first measured quantity and that of the second measured quantity are changed in terms of the same time. Then, a noise component ratio as the ratio of the magnitude of the noise component in the first measured quantity to the magnitude of the noise component in the second measured quantity is multiplied by the second measured quantity so as to be subtracted from the second measured quantity. A reference signal is obtained. The measured quantity of a measuring-object physical quantity as a target is synchronously detected, and the magnitude of the signal component in the measuring-object physical quantity is measured.
