Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional signal processing apparatus that the dynamic range is brought into an improper state due to error variations in signal levels of an internal D/A converter and an internal A/D converter in the case that a signal in an analog signal form is given to and output from between two sections for executing digital signal processing.
SOLUTION: A magnitude relation between a signal level of a D/A converter 12 of a pre-stage DSP 1 and a signal level of an A/D converter 21 of a post-stage signal processing block is selected in the gain setting so that a minimum value of an error variation range of the signal level of the D/A converter 21 is greater than a maximum value of an error variation range of the signal level of the A/D converter 21. Then a gain value of a second GCA 13 is set so that the level of a signal S5 takes a maximum value within a range less than a specified value Vdr in a state that the signal of a level treated as a prescribed maximum value in the DSP 1 is given to a first CGA 13. Then the gain value is set to a second GCA 24 so that the level of the signal S5 takes a maximum value within a range of the specified value or below.
