Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit and a signal processing method, by which an input signal can be processed at an accurate period to output a highly precise output signal.
SOLUTION: The input pulse signal can be processed at an accurate period without being affected by chattering that takes place in the input pulse signal in such a manner that a measuring means measures the accumulated time of either polarity of the input pulse signal and an outputting means outputs a signal corresponding to the accumulated time. Then, it is possible to output an accurate output digital signal.
