To provide an environment wherein a blind person can live with comfort.
Signal electrodes such as signal electrodes 1101-11 to 1101-16 buried under braille blocks 1021-1 to 1021-3, braille blocks 1022-1 to 1022-3, or a braille block 1023 and the road surface adjacent to these braille blocks are connected to a signal processor 1150. Each of the signal electrode can identify the type of the braille block and outputs a signal of the value representing the distance from the center of the braille block. The signal electrode of a small signal processor attached to shoes 1003 of a blind user 1001 who is the blind person receives the signal from the signal electrode 1101 buried under the braille block or the road surface adjacent to the braille block, specifies the position where the user 1001 stands, and indicates the direction to go and the like to the user 1001 by creating a projection inside the shoe 1003.
