Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor which is capable of suppressing variation in amplitude of a signal due to periodical noise inevitably added to the signal and of reducing the load of processing.SOLUTION: The signal processor is substantially configured to include a control unit which alternately repeats a first pattern 160 of acquiring first to fifth signals in this order and a second pattern 161 of acquiring i-th to fifth signals and first to (i-1)th signals (signals in the same order as the first pattern 160 in the case of i=1, the second to fifth signals and the first signal in the case of i=2, and the fifth signal and the first to fourth signals in the case of i=5) in this order to change acquisition periods for acquisition of the respective signals without changing a fundamental period for acquisition of the first to fifth signals.
